Fits a narrower band. Hx is standard clinical shorthand for history, so responders read it immediately.
Replace <your code> with the membership number shown on your dashboard. ICE means in case of emergency — a convention ambulance crews already look for. medibp.com is the short address that opens your emergency profile.
